We are currently seeking a skilled Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team and help us maintain our fleet of vehicles and equipment to the highest standards.


Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on company vehicles and small equipment, including but not limited to engine, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Conduct inspections and diagnostic tests to identify and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Perform basic body work and welding tasks to repair and maintain vehicle and equipment appearance and functionality.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and parts inventory to ensure proper documentation and cost management.
  • Adhere to company safety policies and procedures, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and to minimize downtime.
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and performance.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in mechanics, welding, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in vehicle and equipment maintenance, with a strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Basic knowledge of bodywork and welding techniques, with experience in both areas.
  • Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to safety and compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
