We are currently seeking a skilled Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team and help us maintain our fleet of vehicles and equipment to the highest standards.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on company vehicles and small equipment, including but not limited to engine, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Conduct inspections and diagnostic tests to identify and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
Perform basic body work and welding tasks to repair and maintain vehicle and equipment appearance and functionality.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and parts inventory to ensure proper documentation and cost management.
Adhere to company safety policies and procedures, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and to minimize downtime.
Stay uptodate on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and performance.
Assist with other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in mechanics, welding, or related field is preferred.
Proven experience in vehicle and equipment maintenance, with a strong mechanical aptitude.
Basic knowledge of bodywork and welding techniques, with experience in both areas.
Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and organizational skills.
Commitment to safety and compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
