Skills And Qualifications
i. Prior grooming experience or completion of PetSmart's Salon Academy training program.
ii. Proficiency in computer applications
iii.Ability to react under pressure maintain composure
iv.Skills for handling customers at the counter dealing with any issues that may arise during a customer interaction e.g. discount issue returned goods warranty disputes etc.
v.Prior customer service experience working as part of a team for extended periods time travel around different store locations weekly visiting stores where necessary stand on feet all day drive regularly use vehicle comfortably operate complex machinery use common operating systems power tools cope tough environment work weekends nights nights respond emergencies 24 hours actually serve others rather than self need help accept criticism graciously are willing learn new things continually develop skills invest yourself present appealing image towards colleagues associates vendors partners
