    What you'll do

    The Production Coordinator will support the Product Managers in developing and delivering, private label, for the Apparel division. Early consideration will be given to interested candidates with a diploma/ degree in Fashion Marketing, Apparel Design and experience in retail.

  • Manage ticketing procedures for Marks
  • Manage sample library, sample requests from buyers, and work with Quality Assurance team on follow up of all production samples
  • Complete daily administrative duties as required – courier, order entry, inventory reports, etc.
  • Work with Product Manager to develop seasonal collections –fabric research, data entry of styles, costs, sample approvals and tracking.
  • Liaise with overseas and domestic vendors and buyers regarding orders and delivery issues
  • Track orders – liaise with importing and logistics departments and maintain tracking report
  • Assist Product Manager's in preparation for pre-line meetings
  • Complete sell through analysis, competitive brand research, comparative sales and margin reports, visit stores on regular basis for purpose of research, product knowledge and staff feedback.
  • Track, collect and send out parcels and samples as needed
  • Distribute and organize mail/submits/samples to all teams around cross-funtional departments
  • Review and receive samples, regular housekeeping duties, prepare for meetings, help PM for any additional needs
  • Attend fit meetings, complete MDM smartsheets and Testing Checklists
  • What you bring

  • A Diploma or Degree in Fashion Marketing, Apparel Design, Business Administration, and/ or Product Development.
  • Strong computer skills with a proficiency in Excel and Power point applications
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail is a must
  • Enjoys working in a team environment
  • International or domestic product development is considered an asset
  • Fluency in French is considered an asset
  • Hybrid
