**What will you be doing in this role?**:

- Maintain the In-trust environment of APEXA, including data matching and profile scrubbing
- Co-ordinate with APEXA to solve issues within the in-trust environment
- Maintain document management, electronic scanning and filing
- Update and maintain accurate information on multiple back office systems
- Provide superior customer support for internal and external partners
- Ensure Service Level Standards are maintained
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, insurance carriers, advisors and clients
- Back up and vacation coverage as required
- Perform any other duties as assigned

**What qualifications are required?**:

- College diploma, University degree, or equivalent experience
- Industry courses would be an asset

**What competencies are required?**:

- Service oriented
- Self-starter and self-motivated
- Time management and multi-tasking skills
- Communication skills - verbal and written
- Attention to detail, and follow through
- Organizational skills
- Teamwork, collaboration, and strong interpersonal skills

**What should your experience look like?**:

- Proven experience in insurance/financial services industry
- Proven experience in customer service
- Proven experience with Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of all back office systems (Wealthserv, carrier sites, Sentry File, APEXA), an asset

**Votre rôle****:

- Maintenir l'environnement de confiance d'APEXA, y compris la correspondance des données et l'épuration des profils
- Coordonner avec l'APEXA la résolution des problèmes dans l'environnement de confiance
- Maintenir, récupérer et distribuer les courriels de la boîte de réception des contrats
- Assurer la gestion des documents, la numérisation et l'archivage électroniques
- Offrir un soutien client hors pair aux partenaires internes et externes
- Assurer le maintien des normes de niveau de service
- Communiquer efficacement avec les collègues, les assureurs, les conseillères et conseillers et les clientes et clients
- Être disponible pour les remplacements et les vacances
- Effectuer toute autre tâche confiée

**Qualifications requises****:

- Diplôme d'études collégiales, diplôme universitaire ou expérience équivalente
- Cours liés à l'industrie, un atout
- Bilinguisme - anglais et français

**Compétences requises****:

- Attitude axée sur le service
- Autonomie et motivation
- Bonne gestion du temps et aptit
