Join us to support our executive team in strategy development, market research and analytics of business performance.


Working closely with Jamie (Chief of Staff) and Justin (CEO), you will lead data analysis, and projects that will inform the direction of Rose Rocket.

Your key outputs will support both internal and external stakeholders while powering company wide performance.


You will be responsible for:


  • Solving critical support gaps on a variety of projects, initiatives, and tasks supporting planning and management of organization wide OKRs and KPIs
  • Perform financial modeling and analysis interpreting and drawing insights from complex financial data, and using this information to inform strategic decisionmaking
  • Create presentation decks for internal and external stakeholders (investors, creditors) with compelling narratives and persuasive arguments, that communicate complex information in a clear manner
  • Research market and competitive landscape to identify trends and product opportunities
  • Create company dashboards and performance summaries, including leading indicators and SAAS metrics, to inform leadership and stakeholders
  • Manage crossfunctional projects and company wide initiatives, including aggregation of information from multiple sources, to drive outcomes and deliver on business objectives
  • Proactively anticipate and address potential roadblocks and challenges before they become major issues
  • Proactively identify key issues and develop creative solutions to complex problems.

Who you are:


  • 3+ years consulting experience, ideally with experience with SAAS businesses
  • A track record of delivering results on complex projects and initiatives in fast, ambiguous environments
  • 3+ years financial modeling and analysis expertise, have a strong understanding of business strategy and financial concepts, and preparation of formal business cases
  • Strong data analytics ability to manipulate large data sets, from CRM and other financial software; SQL a bonus
  • Proven experience confidently conveying complex ideas and information clearly and effectively to a variety of audiences
  • Familiar with structured approaches to problem solving, such as situationcomplicationquestionanswer and Pareto
  • Exceptional written and design skills to craft compelling narratives and persuasive arguments in a variety of formats, including memos, presentations, and reports including PowerPoint
  • Proactive and able to anticipate and address potential roadblocks and challenges before they become major issues.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A proactive approach to identify key issues and develop creative solutions to complex problems.
