Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with our Inventory Manager
Prepare invoices, manuals, keys, stock numbers, insurance registration, and vehicle pouches for documentation processing
Label vehicles with correct tags and enter information in the vehicle log for delivery status and inventory purposes
Check vehicles for damage and complete documents to facilitate repairs and service
Coordinate predelivery inspection with other departments
Service, Parts and Body Shop personnel
Work closely with the Sales Department, Managers and Sales People to help with vehicle trades, vehicle pickups, vehicle deliveries, preparation of vehicles for deliveries to customers
Assist with vehicle deliveries in and out of facility and showroom
Organize and coordinate all vehicle displays both inside the showroom and outside on the lot
Assistant in pricing vehicles in the showroom
Coordinate employee demo car program
Collaborate with delivery companies, insurance companies, and other stakeholders

Assist the Marketing Department with vehicle displays and transportation of vehicles to various sponsorship locations

Understand the General Motors Order Work Bench system, distribution and ordering requirements for the Dueck organization
Produce analytical inventory reports by model and carline to help determine ordering and stocking requirements
Assist with weekly vehicle ordering requirements
Work closely with Lot Attendants to ensure vehicles are prepared properly and always ready for vehicle deliveries.

Skills & Requirements

12 years of working in logistics and inventory management
Automotive industry experience is an asset
Postsecondary training is an asset
Strong proficiency and experience using the Microsoft Office suite
Excellent verbal and written communication
Organizational and logistics skills
Strong attention to detail
Problemsolving and data analysis skills

Logistical Requirements
This is a full-time position (8-hour shift) available at our Dueck on Marine location.

The core business hours are Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 6 PM and some Saturdays 9 AM - 4 PM.

We offer flexibility in choosing your workschedule within the business hours.
