What you do

  • Our Front Desk Agents welcome all guests with warm and personable service, become local experts and take care of our inhouse community.
  • Help a notforprofit organization that embraces sustainable tourism and make travel accessible to all.
  • Constantly grow Many of our leaders started out on the front lines, and we're eager to promote from within and provide opportunities to try out different roles.

What we look for

  • You'll be somebody who enjoys working with and meeting new people; we'll train you up on our Property Management system, and some prior experience is always an asset.
  • You'll need to be a quick learner, comfortable thinking on your feet and solving problems you'll quickly become an expert on all things to do with the hostel, the town and outdoor adventures, and share your knowledge with our guests.
  • You'll bring your positive energy, and be able to smile in the face of daily challenges. An understanding of service recovery and experience handling and resolving guest complaints effectively is essential.
