What we look for

You'll be somebody who enjoys working with and meeting new people; we'll train you up on our Property Management system, and some prior experience is always an asset.
You'll need to be a quick learner, comfortable thinking on your feet and solving problems you'll quickly become an expert on all things to do with the hostel, the town and outdoor adventures, and share your knowledge with our guests.
You'll bring your positive energy, and be able to smile in the face of daily challenges. An understanding of service recovery and experience handling and resolving guest complaints effectively is essential.
