Are you a Journeyperson or an experience service manager who is looking for a new challenge? If this peaks your interest, then we want you to apply We are currently seeking an experienced
service manager for heavy duty equipment repair and fabrication work at our
Regina location


Job Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Supervising and leading Falcon's Service department
  • Responding to customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
  • Effectively and efficiently manage the development and direction of the service team to drive the growth of revenue, technical productivity, quality assurance and to promote a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:


  • Exceptional mechanical ability; ideally, a Journeyperson mechanic
years of work experience related in the field

  • Hydraulic and electrical experience and knowledge is a definite asset
  • Rail equipment experience preferred
  • Strong leadership skills with proven management experience
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Trustworthy with a high degree of integrity
  • Flexible thinking and able to change direction at short notice
  • Able to work in both a team and individual environment
  • Welding experience is a definite asset
