Alberta Real Estate School is looking for an enthusiastic, inspired and creative individual to assist with the planning and delivery of our education programs.

Reporting to the CEO, the Program Coordinator is the first point of contact for incoming, current, and prospective students. The responsibilities for this position include recruiting and admissions, student services, course coordination, delivery and support, and Zoom facilitation.

The Program Coordinator must be able to go above and beyond from a service delivery perspective, ensuring students are heard, communicated with appropriately, and well supported.


Program Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Communicates with applicants around admission and preenrolment requests.
  • Administers registration, enrollment processes and invoicing/payments
  • Facilitates student learning by providing proactive guidance and support to students who are completing courses.
  • Resolve day to day issues and with clients, facilitators and course operations.
  • Create and update the Learning Center calendar, including coordination of learning resources, facilitators and materials.
You'd be great for this role if you have:


  • At least 2 years experience in a client onboarding or support role in an educational setting.
  • Have passed Alberta Real Estate exams or hold a licence as a real estate associate.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities to produce accurate, timely results.
  • Strong customerservice mindset, with a focus on meeting the needs of clients.
  • Experience in the management of training delivery.
  • Knowledge in Adult Learning principles or Instructional Design.
  • Knowledge and experience in working with live online learning.
  • Knowledge of content development and best practices for Learning Programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills including strong ability to demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, and diplomacy.
  • Interested in managing clientservice oriented relationships.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour

  • 8 hour shift
