Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet the company's fabricate needs
  • Manage the endtoend supply chain process, including sourcing, procurement, and inventory control
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with suppliers
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contract terms
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize supply chain efficiency
  • Conduct market research to identify new sourcing opportunities
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist or in a similar procurement role
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
  • Experience in contract management and negotiation
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using procurement software and tools
