About the Role
The Digital Marketing Coordinator's Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and manage graphic user interface elements within the company's WordPressbased website to create a more positive user experience.
- Manage and optimize Google and Microsoft Ads campaigns to generate leads and conversions for the company, as well as track ad analytics and report on them monthly. Continually monitor campaign performance using datadriven insights to make continuous improvements and maximize ROI and increase leads.
- Manage and work to improve online marketing efforts, including SEO and SEM. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to optimize digital content that enhances search engine visibility and increases organic traffic.
- Plan, execute and manage social media content (photos, graphics and video content) across platforms to build brand awareness and increase online audiences. Create monthly reports on social media analytics to evaluate and optimize performance.
- Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives and support their initiatives.
Your Skills:
- Intermediate proficiency in web design languages (such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) and with content management systems (such as Cascade, WordPress, etc.).
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles, SEO best practices, and web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics), as well as knowledge of online advertising platforms, such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other design software.
- Ability to multitask and maintain an organized and effective personal work environment.
Your Education Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Communications, Web Design, Graphic Design or a related field.
- Courses taken in website design or website graphic design as an area of focus is preferred.
Your Past Experience:
- 12 years of previous relevant experience in a similar role.
