    Customer Technical Service Representative

    A Snapshot of Your Day

    As a Customer Technical Service Representative for the Power Turbine portfolio, you will be responsible for the timely delivery of the work instructions and technical reports for the value stream. You will coordinate and host all aspects associated with any customer witness points that are required for the power turbine portfolio.

    How You'll Make an Impact

    • Acknowledge project technical scope and confirm scope feasibility
    • Produce the associated project Work Instruction Card and maintain the document until project execution is completed
    • Coordinate and host all activities associated with customer witness points
    • Generates associated R&O reports in a timely, efficient and clear manner
    • Acquires and maintains an effective knowledge of the product to enable continued ability to perform the role
    • Recommends strategies to increase Siemens-Energy profits and reduce TATs

    What You Bring

    • BSC in Enginnering OR CEGEP (Technical field) with 7 years equivalent experience OR HSLC with 10 years equivalent experience
    • Ability to verify one's work to prevent errors from occuring
    • Ability to properly manage one's time, cope with unexpected events and prioritise workload
    • Good command of Word, Excel and PowerPoint software.
    • Very good knowledge of French
    • Very good knowledge of English
    • SAP knowledge will be considered an asset

    About the Team

    Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.

    Within the Gas Service division our Montreal production team is responsible for assembling and repairing the gas turbines for the A65, A45 and A35 portfolios.
