Job Description:


  • Support of the Corporate IT sector: Finance Support, BackOffice Support, Cost Reporting in North America and Reporting for Canada, Commercial Management of IT services for Canadian Bosch businesses.
  • Coordinate and support the financial reporting for the following areas: IT Fleet Management, Managed Print Services, VoIP External Telephony and Mobile Telephony.
  • Manage team capacity and provide agile support for team operations
  • Manage all Corporate IT vendors including contract negotiation, analysis and PO management.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing: utilizing purchasing systems, trouble shooting system errors and serving as a key contact person for Robert Bosch Canada.
  • Budgeting and reporting cost centre expenses, business plan pricing calculations and preparing reports for management.
  • Breakdown CI charges with multiple tools including Power BI, Corporate IT volume dashboard, reports etc. Serve as internal customer contact in Canada.
  • Conduct Personnel Capacity Reviews for IT Support team and its members; Personnel Capacity Opportunities identification and promotion.
  • Analyze and report on Team Service portfolio.
  • Agile support for Team Operations including SharePoint, MS Teams, OneNote.
  • Implement Microsoft Power Automate for IT team and its customers.

Qualifications:


  • 35 years experience in a financial or business analyst role
  • Post secondary education in business or a related field
  • Strong business analysis skills
  • Experience in accounting and bookkeeping
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for reporting
  • Experience with SAP and HFM is an asset
  • Experience in vendor management is an asset
