Job Summary:
- Quality Control: _
- Ensure that all products meet or exceed customer quality requirements.
- Ensure that all quality documents are completed, catalogued and submitted to the customer for approval in a timely manner so as to ensure ontime delivery of quality product.
- Be the prime customer/vendor point of contact with respect to quality control issues.
- Create and submission of vendor technical queries to the customer.
- Maintain all testing/calibration of equipment.
- Conduct inspection of all products as required by customer and procedures for inhouse operations.
- Assist other departments, when possible, to ensure the successful flow of product ends with a highest possible quality part.
- Review the quality control aspects of all customer purchase orders and approve or renegotiate, as necessary.
- Quality Assurance:_
- Manage all Quality Assurance processes: nonconformances, internal audit program, continuous improvements, training etc.
- In conjunction with Senior Management, develop internal quality standards and written procedures to ensure that ISO 9001:2015 Quality Standards are maintained.
- Communicate quality documentation requirements and deliverables to Senior Management, as required.
- Manage nonconformance investigation process, complete and catalogue the documentation.
- Participate in overall Company continuous performance improvement activities.
- Represent Quality department in meetings as necessary
Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred. Proficiency in QA/QC methodologies.
- ISO 9001 experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of a computerbased ERP systems preferred.
- Working knowledge of quality management systems preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts and tables or their components.
- Ability to use precision measuring devices, such as Calipers, gauges etc.
- Good mechanical aptitude.

Pay:
$50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
