• Quality Control: _
• Ensure that all products meet or exceed customer quality requirements.
• Ensure that all quality documents are completed, catalogued and submitted to the customer for approval in a timely manner so as to ensure ontime delivery of quality product.
• Be the prime customer/vendor point of contact with respect to quality control issues.
• Create and submission of vendor technical queries to the customer.
• Maintain all testing/calibration of equipment.
• Conduct inspection of all products as required by customer and procedures for inhouse operations.
• Assist other departments, when possible, to ensure the successful flow of product ends with a highest possible quality part.
• Review the quality control aspects of all customer purchase orders and approve or renegotiate, as necessary.
• Quality Assurance:_
• Manage all Quality Assurance processes: nonconformances, internal audit program, continuous improvements, training etc.
• In conjunction with Senior Management, develop internal quality standards and written procedures to ensure that ISO 9001:2015 Quality Standards are maintained.
• Communicate quality documentation requirements and deliverables to Senior Management, as required.
• Manage nonconformance investigation process, complete and catalogue the documentation.
• Participate in overall Company continuous performance improvement activities.
• Represent Quality department in meetings as necessary

• High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred. Proficiency in QA/QC methodologies.
• ISO 9001 experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of a computerbased ERP systems preferred.
• Working knowledge of quality management systems preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts and tables or their components.
• Ability to use precision measuring devices, such as Calipers, gauges etc.
• Good mechanical aptitude.
