Overview:


This is currently a Hybrid position and staff will be required to come into the office location 4 days a week this may revert to full time onsite in the future.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Respond to and resolve IT incidents and Service requests of Internal users via ITSM Tool while meeting SLA requirements.
  • Configure and support MacBook's, Laptops and phones for users.
  • Provide identify and access Management including new IDs, Password resets and MFA assistance for office 365/Entra.
  • Configure and refresh equipment via computer management system.
  • Resolve user issues with conditional access and compliance.
  • First line of defence and resolution for user and security team reported cyber security incidents.
  • Ensure compliance with Security polices and Audit standards such as SOC2, HIPPA and ISO 2700
  • Maintain and setup AV equipment for staff meetings onsite and offsite.
  • Work with external vendors for acquiring equipment and support of existing systems.
  • Be a team player contributing to the success of the group.
  • Keep It supervisor/ IT Director updated with progress of tickets and projects.
  • Participate in staff meetings and related activities; attend workshops to keep up to date with Information Technology issues.
  • Provide solutions documentation, KBs, to users in our ITSM system.
  • Open to mentoring, career development and cross training of staff.

Skills and Experience:


  • A1 certification & Office 365 certification required.
  • Minimum 2 years organizational and administrational experience with Microsoft Operating systems and products, Microsoft o365, Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Completion of a college program in computer science, computer networking systems, network administration. Preferable bachelor's degree in computer technology
  • Experience in both Windows and MacOS
  • Experience with Google Admin
  • Experience with managing password Vaults
  • At least one year of experience with Network TCP/IP configurations and troubleshooting including switches, wireless access points and desktop access to the internet.
  • At least one year experience with ITSM systems including ticket resolution, IT Inventory maintenance, Onboarding and Offboarding
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral along with the ability to explain technical information to nontechnical users.
