Description

As part of this role, you will be:

Establishing and maintaining back bar inventory
Providing exceptional client service
Overseeing the retail lounge and assisting clients with skincare inquiries

Skills Required:

Must have previous experience working in a similar role within a spa or aesthetic clinic
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a fastpaced environment.
Prior administrative experience, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong problemsolving abilities to address both inquiries and issues.
Comfortable serving as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service.
