Architecture & Platform Ownership
Define and own the end-to-end architecture for a production-grade AI SaaS platform
Design scalable secure and cost-efficient cloud-native infrastructure
Make informed decisions on model selection agent frameworks orchestration and evaluation

Responsibilities
- Lead development of LLM-based applications and agent-based workflows
- Design multi-agent architectures with planning tool use memory and verification
- Oversee prompt engineering prompt versioning optimization strategies implement guardrails fallbacks deterministic execution paths build robust evaluation pipelines including accuracy task-success metrics schema JSON validation regression testing prompts models hallucination failure detection ensure AI systems reliable explainable production-safe drive monitoring observability continuous improvement design own end-to-end Voice-AI pipelines including speech-text LLM-based reasoning agents tool-execution business-logic text-speech optimize low latency streaming responses multi-turn conversations define evaluation metrics voice quality conversation success user experience oversee integration Open-AI APIs open-source models Hugging-Face vLLM TGI evaluate trade-offs accuracy latency cost compliance support multi-tenant enterprise deployments build mentor lead high-performing teams establish strong engineering standards code reviews design processes own CI/CD pipelines MLOps workflows deployment strategies partner closely Product Design Business teams translate business requirements robust technical solutions help define product strategy technical insight experience Voice-AI Conversational-AI systems experience OpenAI Hugging-Face vLLM TGI background enterprise SaaS B2B platforms regulated environments experience leading senior engineering ML teams exposure MLOps model-serving observability-tooling contract duration more than months. with hours per week.
