The Opportunity
Our customer, one of the world's largest mining companies, seeks a French Commercial Lawyer for a 6-month, remote contract assignment.
- At least three years of experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts in French.
- Draft and review French contracts, vendor agreements, and other legal correspondence.
This could be a fantastic opportunity if you have:
- Fluency in French: you must speak, read, and write in French.
- Previous experience with an inhouse legal department.
- Admission to practice law in the US or Canada.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and technology skills.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues.

Salary:
$55.00-$75.00 per hour
