ABOUT THE POSITION
This positions primary responsibilities are to support the Operations Manager with day-to-day maintenance activities and inspections for PTI's building and equipment.
Major work (e.g., electrical, plumbing, equipment servicing, ect.) is delegated to contractors, with the Facility Maintenance Worker coordinating and overseeing the activities.
Training/coaching employees on the proper care/use of equipment is required.ABOUT YOU
Education & Experience
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- 13 Years' experience in facility maintenance or related field
- Knowledge of simple wiring (low voltage)
- Forklift, aerial lift platform, overhead crane training and welding experience are an asset.
