Description

To be successful as a Sales Advisor, you should be an ambitious self-starter and able to drive sales growth. Ultimately, a star Sales Advisor should be able to build relationships with customer and close sales.

Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct presentations and attend meetings with architect, design and building firms.
Generate new leads through cold calling using external and internal databases.
Provide Customer Service by listening to the concerns of customers and be able to answer any questions and address their needs in a professional manner.
Actively build relationships and networks.
Understand and follow the sales pipeline.
Travel up to 50% of the time to meet with clients and visit job sites.
Meet with the sales manager on a weekly basis to update sales quota.
Actively maintain record of client interaction and follow up by using our CRM software.
Meet and exceed the monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals.
Help clients from pre

- to post-sales.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, and sales skills to clearly convey the benefits of a product to customers.
Strong negotiation skill.
High organizational skill and ability to manage several projects at the same time.
Selfmotivated and comfortable working with little to no direction.
Strong computer and software skills including spreadsheet, Microsoft Office, CRM, QuickBooks, etc.
