To be successful as a Sales Advisor, you should be an ambitious self-starter and able to drive sales growth. Ultimately, a star Sales Advisor should be able to build relationships with customer and close sales.Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct presentations and attend meetings with architect, design and building firms.
- Generate new leads through cold calling using external and internal databases.
- Provide Customer Service by listening to the concerns of customers and be able to answer any questions and address their needs in a professional manner.
- Actively build relationships and networks.
- Understand and follow the sales pipeline.
- Travel up to 50% of the time to meet with clients and visit job sites.
- Meet with the sales manager on a weekly basis to update sales quota.
- Actively maintain record of client interaction and follow up by using our CRM software.
- Meet and exceed the monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals.

Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, and sales skills to clearly convey the benefits of a product to customers.
- Strong negotiation skill.
- High organizational skill and ability to manage several projects at the same time.
- Selfmotivated and comfortable working with little to no direction.
- Strong computer and software skills including spreadsheet, Microsoft Office, CRM, QuickBooks, etc.
Must have a car and a valid driver's license
