We are looking for a Co-op software developer to join the R&D Engineering Program Management team. In this position you will work with the R&D Engineering Services development team.
This is a great opportunity to participate in the design / enhancement of different project management tools to assist in tracking programs, identify recurring issues and support initiatives to improve value add processes.
This role will focus on refinement of existing management system tools and the identification and development of new tools. Additionally, this role will leverage techniques developed for our various product lines to maximize availability and flexibility.Education and Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Program Management University or College program. Knowledge of Software Engineering or Technology Development an asset.
- Preferred experience leading, or contributing to, a formal technical project, including planning, execution, reporting, and risk management.
- Robust analytical and problemsolving skills
- Strong initiative and ability to work in a selfdirected and potentially remote environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment
- Strong communication skills, with excellent written and verbal abilities for presentations and public speaking
- Experience with Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence and SharePoint is an asset
