As our Payroll Administrator, you will perform a variety of functions within the department including assisting with the timely and accurate processing of payroll and related functions.

Position Overview:

Validates time and attendance system entries for
accuracy, compliance with company standards and statutory requirements

:

Submission of STD Claim forms
:

Interpreting
union agreements and
working with unionized payrolls:
Reporting and remitting of
OpenCircle benefits for hourly employees.
Responding to
Government agency request, employment verification letters and other payroll related inquiries.
Administration of
thirdparty demands.

Qualifications Needed:

-
Enrollment in/completion of the Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) certification OR minimum of 2 years' progressive work experience in a Payroll environment
:

High attention to detail,
highly organized with strong analytical problemsolving skills complimented with strong time management and the ability to prioritize.
Proficient with
MS Office Suite.
