Duties & Responsibilities:

Assemble parts, off load and transfer parts
Operate high tech machinery and assist machine operators
Perform & Document in Process Quality inspections/quality checks
Ensure daily production requirements are met
Maintain 5S
Other duties, as required

Qualifications:

Experience working in a fastpaced manufacturing environment is considered asset but is not mandatory
Stamping/Press & Die Experience an asset
Visual inspection experience is an asset
Knowledge and experience with 5S & Kaizen systems preferred but not mandatory
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Attention to detail in all areas of work
Must be able to take direction comfortably, able to multitask, managing time efficiently to obtain optimum results
Manual dexterity, handeye coordination and standing for extended periods required
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada

After successful completion of competency testing for the Production Team Member (PTM) role, next step is Sr. Production Team Member (PTM) - wage increase to $21.90/hr.
