Brandt is seeking a talented Product Marketing Manager to join our team in Regina, SK.


Are you a marketing expert looking for an exciting role with a company that values your expertise and industry savvy? We're searching for a skilled marketer to join our Product Marketing team and lead the launch of innovative new products to the market.

In this role, you'll be responsible for our Construction Products portfolio, which includes specialized machine conversions and attachments.

You will oversee all marketing initiatives related to the development and launch of new heavy-duty and compact construction equipment attachments, purpose-built material handling products, pipelayers, and rail equipment.

This role requires you to stay at the forefront of industry trends, customer segments, and competitive intelligence.


To succeed, you must have a solid understanding of marketing principles, strong communication skills, analytical capabilities, and a goal-oriented mindset.

Adaptability and the ability to navigate changing priorities are also important.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Unleash your market insight to guide the direction of your product portfolio, influencing sales and customer perception.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to lead the development of our marketing, sales enablement, and competitive intelligence efforts. Harness your deep understanding of customer behaviors and market trends to craft captivating messaging and shape Brandt's unique position in the market.
  • Be the creative force working alongside our talented content creators. Bring Brandt's unique value proposition to life through successful launches of new products. Lead the charge in developing insightful key messages, captivating multimedia, compelling collateral, appealing social media content, and engaging website material.
  • Empower our sales teams to masterfully showcase our products. Craft and deliver targeted training materials that arm them with the knowledge they need to effectively position our products.
  • Report on exciting marketing opportunities and performance to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.

Required Skills:

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of the construction equipment industry or related products.
