Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Carpenter to join our team.

As a Residential Carpenter, you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties related to Residential Construction and Renovation.

This is a hands-on role that requires experience in carpentry and framing.

Duties:

• Residential Carpentry examples, but not limited to
• Footing Framing
• Interior and Exterior Framing
• Working at heights
• Window and Door Installation
• Deck Framing
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
• Install, repair, and maintain various components such as roofs, drywall, masonry, electrical systems, etc.
• Fabricate and assemble materials as needed
• Conduct inspections to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times
• Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Residential Carpenter or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Residential Construction with a strong understanding of industry best practices
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
• Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor
• Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team

Salary:
$20.00-$28.00 per hour
