Fast growing medical insurance emergency case management support and claims processing company in Richmond Hill, ON is looking for a Full-Time Call Centre Representative
Fluent in English, Mandarin would be an asset

Day Shift 8:00AM - 8:00PM

Work from Home

• Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills required
• Excellent customer service and listening skills
• Willing to work in a fastpaced environment
• Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Keep detailed records of all communications on our database
• Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics
• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, and diffuse situations as needed

From $18.00 per hour
