Job summary
The Operations Superintendent will coordinate the efforts of the RIPET operations team to ensure safe efficient and environmentally responsible operations at both facilities.This position offers company-sponsored relocation to Prince Rupert.
Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and leadership to all Operations staff including hiring and developing personnel conducting performance monitoring and reviews managing STI bonus program recommendations.
- Monitor operations KPIs and report facility performance to senior leadership.
- Oversee shift scheduling to ensure adequate coverage to meet operational needs
