As Guest Support Services Agent, your primary role will be to assist the Guest Support Services Manager to safeguard the Hotel's and Guests' assets, personal safety and property, while providing support to hotel operations through:
- IT support of Hotel systems
- Facilitate an efficient Parking Operation to achieve guest satisfaction and expected profitability
- Ensuring that Life Safety standards are being maintained and adhered to
- Routine patrols/surveillance
- Complete investigations and the reporting of incidents
- Implement, lead and monitor projects such as access control systems, camera systems, inhouse communication systems, PC, wiring troubleshooting and repair and parking operations.
Requirements:
Heavy emphasis on this position is closing ticketed items in IT as well as hotel surveillance.

Hotel front desk experience is preferred as technical proficiency with Opera, Delphi, Micros and Datapark systems is required
A valid certificate in life safety training (first aid, CPR, AED) or willingness to obtain
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills

Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary:
From $20.09 per hour
