Description

Duties:

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records for the company
  • Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Prepare and process payroll, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes
  • Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting
  • Generate financial reports and statements for management review
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations and standards

Skills:


  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Experience with budgeting and financial analysis is a plus
