Description
Duties:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records for the company
- Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Prepare and process payroll, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes
- Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting
- Generate financial reports and statements for management review
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations and standards
Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, etc.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience with budgeting and financial analysis is a plus
Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Salary:
From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
