    You'll report directly to our Head of Design & Research, and be an integral part of growing our research culture and practice at Homebase.

    You'll partner with engineers, product managers, and designers to shape the Homebase roadmap and deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers.

    At Homebase, each product designer and product manager is responsible for researching and talking to customers directly.

    You'll embody our value of No Day Wasted, identifying the quickest way to find high-quality answers to our research questions.

    You'll take a leadership role in identifying user research best practices and help create the long-term vision for the Homebase Design & Research Team, influencing your colleagues through qualitative and quantitative data as well as generally accepted best practices.

    You have a strong background in qualitative and quantitative research methods, early-stage concept testing, and broad discovery You've owned research projects from concept to implementation through sound planning, execution, and influencing product roadmaps.

    You've demonstrated that you can balance speed and quality, keeping our customers' needs central to your work. it's about building in service to our customers. You share credit with team members and welcome collaboration, ideas, and feedback.
