At minimum, a secondary school diploma.

Degree equivalency

Experience providing client service.

Experience providing clerical support services (such as receiving goods, sorting mail, managing correspondence, archiving documents or digitization).

Attention to detail

Written communication*Experience working at the Courts Administration Service (CAS).

Experience working in a judicial, quasi-judicial* or legal environment.

Experience working in an office environment.

Experience performing data entry.

Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (including but not limited to Word, Outlook or Excel).


Definition:

  • Judicial or quasijudicial environment is defined as a Board, Commission, Tribunal or Court (Federal, Provincial or Municipal).

Operational Requirements:
Willing and able to work on site in Ottawa in accordance with a pre-established schedule.

Willing and able to work overtime on short notice.

Willing and able to work from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Willing and able to do hybrid work and possess adequate broadband internet connection.


Conditions of employment:

Reliability Status security clearance

Depending on the position to be staffed, the following condition of employment may apply:
