Description
Carey Homes is a rapidly growing residential home builder with several building sites in the Kitchener-Waterloo Region.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Daily site clean up
- Prepare house for next trade i.e. vacuum, scraping and covering floors
- Mark grade heights on foundations
- Ensuring site safety installing railings/guards/stairs.
- Assist with gravel installation in porches, garages, window wells
- Perform quality assurance checks at each stage of house construction
- Demolition and clean up
Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience in residential building or related construction industry
- Experience dealing with tools and machinery
- Framing and carpentry an asset (but not required)
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must have the ability to perform physically challenging work
- Good communication and organizational skills
Salary:
$18.00-$22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Waterloo, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Driving Licence (required)
