- Two (2) weekday shifts Monday through Friday, including one closing shift.
- Two (2) full weekend day, equivalent to eight (8) hours each shift.
- Greet customers warmly, offer product recommendations, and assist with inquiries or concerns.
- Handle register transactions accurately, including refunds, exchanges, and tax exemptions.
- Resolve customer issues professionally while maintaining a positive in-store experience.
- Support sales events and promotions through effective product presentation and setup.
- Maintain merchandise availability by restocking shelves, returning fitting room items, and keeping displays neat and aligned with standards.
- Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, register areas, and common spaces clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Perform opening and closing duties as scheduled.
- Answer incoming calls and assist with donation door operations.
- Follow all safety, housekeeping, and loss-prevention procedures.
- Report spills, hazards, suspicious activity, and operational issues promptly to maintain a safe environment.
- Manage donations according to proper handling guidelines.
- Participate in team huddles and communicate effectively to align on goals.
- Assist team members across departments and respond to intercom calls as needed.
- Stay flexible by shifting between tasks such as POS coverage, fitting room assistance, and floor recovery.
- Contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and productive team atmosphere.
- Outstanding customer service and a genuinely helpful attitude.
- Reliability, consistency, and accountability in every shift.

- Retail or thrift experience (an asset, not required).

- Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, twisting, and moving throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull rolling containers up to 500 lbs.
- Exposure to dust, dirt, insects, garbage, and occasional rodents.
- Noisy environment with varying temperatures.
