Receptionist / Administrative Assistant at Baker Tilly Victoria, Downtown Office. Permanent, Full-Time.


Your primary responsibilities will include:


The Receptionist / Administrative Assistant will have:

  • The ability to communicate with external and internal stakeholders in a professional manner.
  • Great organizational and time managements skills to meet deadlines.
  • Experience or the desire to work in a teambased environment.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a reception position.
  • Experience taking payments and handling invoices to clients.
This position is Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm (with some changes during tax season and the summer)

Must be legally allowed to work in Canada.
