Essential Functions:
- Oversee the daily operations of the store and employees.
- Set and meet sales goals for the month and year.
- Maintain cash inventory of merchandise.
- Maintain a clean, organized store environment.
- Manage all visual merchandising needs for the store including product placement, floor plan, and product display.
- Ensure that all visual merchandising needs are being met on a day to day basis.
- Ensure that all opening and closing procedures are being met on a day to day basis.
- Ensure that all sales requirements are being met on a day to day basis.
- Ensure that all customer service needs are being met on a daily basis.
- Assist in training new employees and managing employee turnover issues.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required. Associates Degree in Business or related field preferred.
Compensation:
Salary commensurate with experience; based on qualifications and demonstrated success in the retail environment. Salary:
$17.00-$25.00 per hour

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- French (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
Shift availability:
- Day Shift (preferred)
