- Provide Level 3 (L3) support for a global Active Directory infrastructure, including troubleshooting complex issues and supporting production environments.
- Reinstallation and upgrade of domain controllers to newer Windows Server operating systems.
- Administration and optimization of ADFS to support identity federation, including integrations with Power BI.
- Ensure the stability, security, and performance of Active Directory services in a global enterprise environment.
- Collaborate with global teams on cross-regional initiatives, architecture decisions, and operational improvements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement through automation, documentation, and process optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong ability to analyze and resolve complex Active Directory issues in enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with Windows scripting and automation using PowerShell.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
