    Active Directory Systems Administrator (Senior)


    Role Overview

    As a Senior Active Directory Systems Administrator, you will join the Level 3 (L3) Active Directory support team, working alongside technical experts responsible for the stability, security, and evolution of the global Active Directory environment. Operating within an agile delivery model, you will provide deep technical support for production systems while also leading and contributing to global infrastructure projects.

    You will collaborate closely with distributed teams across Paris, Bangalore, and Asia, supporting enterprise-scale initiatives and ensuring consistent, reliable directory services across regions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide Level 3 (L3) support for a global Active Directory infrastructure, including troubleshooting complex issues and supporting production environments.

    Lead and execute infrastructure projects, including:

    • Reinstallation and upgrade of domain controllers to newer Windows Server operating systems.
    • Administration and optimization of ADFS to support identity federation, including integrations with Power BI.
    • Ensure the stability, security, and performance of Active Directory services in a global enterprise environment.
    • Collaborate with global teams on cross-regional initiatives, architecture decisions, and operational improvements.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement through automation, documentation, and process optimization.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
    • Strong ability to analyze and resolve complex Active Directory issues in enterprise environments.
    • Hands-on experience with Windows scripting and automation using PowerShell.
    • Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    Language Requirement

    • Fluent English (written and spoken) is required, as this role involves regular collaboration with colleagues and partners in the United States and globally.
