Our employees are dedicated and passionate about producing high quality products that consumers enjoy.We are seeking an Accounts Receivable/Inventory Clerk to join our growing team. The clerk will be mainly responsible for accounts receivable and inventory data entry.
We're looking for energetic and organized individuals who can maintain a high level of customer service and be a real asset to our team.
Duties:
- Monitor AR aging and perform collections procedures
- Customer account reconciliations
- Reconcile disputed items
- Process customer credit notes when required
- Correspond with customers regarding discrepancies with payments and disputed items when required
- Process payment receipts daily
- Review and enter Bill of Materials inventory
- Maintain production Reports
- Enter inventory adjustments and perform reconciliations
- Filing
- Assisting with invoicing
- Other duties as required
- Assisting other departments as required
Required:
- Microsoft Office Suite, with very good Excel skills
- Good communication both written and verbal
- Post secondary education preferred
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts
- Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role
Job Type:
Part-time
Salary:
$24.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
