Purpose:

The Annual Fund Ambassador is responsible for engaging alumni, securing donations, answering questions and collecting information to update records. This position will work in a call centre environment.

Education:

Must be enrolled as a York student.

Experience:

Previous work experience may be considered.

Solid English communication skills.
Active listening skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Critical thinking.
Knowledge of York University.
Confidence.
Excellent time-management and punctuality.
Comfortable with computers & computerized environment.
