ServiceNow Application Portfolio Manager


What is the opportunity?


The Application Portfolio Manager is a blended role responsible for analysis and testing activities on medium to large size projects and the day to day management of the APM module in ServiceNow.


The role is responsible for execution of all aspects of requirements delivery from the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of requirements to the creation and execution of test cases to ensure requirements are met.


What will you do?

  • Perform requirements analysis to identify impacted or influencing groups and stakeholder requirements
  • Manage risks, assumptions, and constraints for requirements, and communicate to appropriate parties
  • Define the business analysis approach including tasks and deliverables based on the project and delivery methodology
  • Facilitate collaborative sessions with large and diverse business stakeholder groups to drive requirements discovery, analysis, and review
  • Document scope of the business solution using enterprisestandard requirements methodology
  • Build and maintain a repository of reusable requirements documentation to support future initiatives following the enterprise standards
  • Support the development of enduser analysis documentation and training to maintain consistency of standards and adherence to enterprise requirements methodology within the team

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have

  • Experience with ITIL best practices and procedures
  • ServiceNow Platform & APM module experience
  • Proven experience with various project delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Iterative and/or Agile
  • Experience with QA software tools for defect management, regression, performance, and automated testing

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience with ServiceNow CMDB.
