    Nous sommes à la recherche d'un·e gérant·e du département des fruits et légumes au Val-Mont de l'avenue Mont-Royal à Montréal.

    Le Groupe Épicia, c'est le regroupement des bannières Val-Mont, Marché Végétarien et Jardin du Mont. C'est 12 épiceries à travers le Québec, avec une équipe orientée vers le service à la clientèle et offrant une qualité, une abondance et une diversité de produits frais.

    TON RÔLE AU SEIN DE L'ÉQUIPE :

    En tant que gérant·e de ton département, sous la supervision de la directeur·trice de la succursale et en étroite collaboration avec nos collègues passionnés, tu joueras un rôle essentiel pour garantir une expérience client exceptionnelle. Tes responsabilités incluront :

    • Coordonner et planifier les opérations de ton département.
    • Gérer l'équipe en place : accueil, formation, organisation du travail.
    • Maintenir un marchandisage et un service à la clientèle impeccables.
    • Assurer la gestion des inventaires et des commandes.
    • Maintenir une attitude positive et professionnelle.
    • Valoriser le travail d'équipe, la diversité et l'inclusion avec une approche respectueuse et positive.
    • Communiquer et appliquer les politiques de santé, de sécurité et de prévention des pertes de l'entreprise.

    COMPÉTENCES RECHERCHÉES

    Nous recherchons une personne qui se démarque par les qualités suivantes :

    • Expérience dans un poste similaire.
    • Intérêt et/ou des connaissances en alimentation (un atout).
    • Organisation, autonomie et sens des responsabilités.
    • Capacité à prioriser les actions dans un domaine en constante évolution.
    • Disponible de jour ou de soir, en semaine et certains week-ends.
