We provide restoration services to properties in the London & surrounding area that have sustained damage from fires, floods, sewer backups, wind, and other disastersRegular hours are 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday and afterhours call outs as required.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities:_
Work alongside a crew to perform restoration/contracting duties.
- Performing demolition including but not limited to: removing damaged or wet building materials such as carpet, pad, baseboard, cabinets, drywall, etc
- Extracting water from flooded structures using commercial extraction equipment.
- Removing contents from affected areas and assessing damage.
- Packing in/out contents.
- Setting up equipment, including dehumidifiers, large fans, additional drying and deodorizing equipment
- Take moisture readings.
- General cleaning duties as required on job sites.
- Post construction cleanups.
- Responsible to work with the team to ensure proper maintenance and cleaning of equipment and warehouse area.
- Drywalling; hang, poly, insulate.
- Work alongside staff to perform other miscellaneous duties as required.

- Adherence to all company workplace policies
- Perform other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid Driver's license
required. - Communicate in English both written and verbal
- Be physically capable of lifting (50 lbs.), bending and performing repetitive tasks
- Ability to take required restoration courses (i.e., water technician, working at heights, etc)
- Flexible, adaptable and able to work effectively in a variety of settings and with shifting priorities and deadlines
- Able to work well in team environments as well as independently
- Be available to work evenings/weekends if needed
- Experience in the restoration/construction industry considered an asset
Salary:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
