Position Overview:


The Administrative Assistant is a key member of the Senior School office team responsible for managing student academic records and supporting the Pemberton Woods campus with the accurate processing of all consent forms and required documentation related to student trips.

This role also provides general administrative support and delivers exceptional service to students, staff and parents.

Demonstrating initiative and pride in performance, the Administrative Assistant contributes positively to a respectful and productive work environment, and builds strong professional relationships with all stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

You have a strong administrative background with experience working in a high paced office setting.

You will be a self starter with an ability to learn systems and processes quickly, all while handling sensitive information with discretion.

You are a strong communicator and helpful team player with a demonstrated ability to work with many stakeholders. Proficiency in Google Suite and experience in database and/or records management would be considered an asset.
