As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in helping individuals and families secure their financial future through our comprehensive insurance solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain client relationships by providing exceptional customer service
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable insurance products
- Conduct thorough insurance assessments and provide accurate quotes
- Assist clients with policy inquiries, claims, and policy updates
- Stay uptodate with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
Requirements:
- Legally allowed to work in Canada
- Preferred: Licensed with LLQP (Life License Qualification Program)
- Preferred: Valid driver's license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Resultsoriented with a drive to succeed
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Adaptability to work in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment
- This is a commission and bonus position, and while it is not salaried, typical firstyear entrylevel agents average $40,000 $60,000
