Pursue an exciting career in an industry in the midst of transformation:
Reporting to the Vice-President, Operational Performance, U.S. and Latin America, you will play a key role in driving the performance of the U.S./Latin America hub.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating and executing strategic initiatives and specific projects aimed at enhancing the hub's overall performance on an ongoing basis.

You will draw on your knack for leveraging best practices, your strong analytical capabilities and your interpersonal skills to resolve complex problems in a structured, collaborative way and contribute positively to the performaance of the U.S./Latin America hub.


Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Continuously track the performance (financial, ESG, strategic priorities) of the U.S./Latin America hub, serving as a liaison for other hubs with respect to matters of shared interest;
  • Contribute to developing a consolidated view of the U.S./Latin America portfolio and closely monitoring its status, with a special focus on synergies within the hub, areas of concern and potential opportunities;
  • Contribute to developing and executing the strategy for the U.S./Latin America hub by spearheading various analyses, holding brainstorming sessions and coordinating strategic projects;
  • Work with the Business Intelligence Partner (BIP) and, more broadly, with the Finance teams to monitor financial performance, conduct assessments, etc.;
  • Work closely with the Stewardship Investing team to facilitate communication, ensure Ivanhoé Cambridge's ESG initiatives are incorporated into the U.S./Latin America hub's operations and provide consistency in the way targets are monitored;
  • Serve as a conduit and central point of contact for the annual strategic planning process, specifically as regards portfolio construction and overall corporate strategy;
  • Oversee the creation and updates of strategic presentations aimed at internal and external stakeholders;
  • Develop new practices and tools (e.g., dashboards) to continuously monitor and improve the performance of the U.S./Latin America hub.


The know-how of success- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (finance, science, engineering, law, etc.);- Master's degree in business administration and/or CFA designation, an asset;- Seven to ten years of relevant experience;- Excellent command of written and spoken French and English; You will be required to work with partners on an international scale, with English-speaking documentation;- Ability to analyze and summarize information, and advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and other programs;- Discipline and problem-solving skills;- Strategic thinking and deductive capabilities;- Intellectual curiosity and ability to analyze and process information;- Leadership and talent for developing strong relationships;- Innovative spirit, adaptability and tolerance for ambiguity;- Customer mindset;- Collaborative and teamwork-oriented.
