WE'RE HIRING
Virtual Operations & Marketing Assistant (Remote – Philippines)

We are a growing residential cleaning company based in Canada and we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Operations & Marketing Assistant to work with us long-term.

This role will support our daily operations, finance administration, and digital marketing, including Facebook posting and ads.

About the Role
You will help keep our operations organized while supporting
our online presence and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Design, Digital Marketing and Content Creation
Prepare and manage customer invoices
Calculate cleaner wages and work hours accurately
Maintain basic records and spreadsheets (payments, schedules, expenses)
Upload and format blog posts on our website (content provided or lightly edited)
Assist with basic video editing (short cleaning videos for social media)
Support social media posting and engagement
Create and post Facebook ads to promote our cleaning services (basic setup; guidance provided)
Conduct customer research and follow-ups (email/messages)
Perform other administrative or marketing tasks as assigned

Requirements

Digital marketing, design and content creation skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good English communication skills (written and basic spoken)
Comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)
Basic experience with invoicing, admin, or bookkeeping tasks
Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently

Nice to Have

Experience working with international clients
Background in digital marketing, virtual assistance, admin support, and digital marketing
experience with Facebook and Google Ads Manager

Work Arrangement

Remote, part-time (with potential to become full time role)
Long-term opportunity for the right candidate

Working hours: 1 pm to 6 PM 1:00 AM – 10:00 AM (PST)

Salary - 200 USD per month for 5 hours per day work - plus possibility of converting this into full time long term job

Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
