We are seeking an experienced
Administrative Assistant to support our Business Technology Department at our
North American Headquarters district office located in
Edmonton, Alberta for an hourly contract.


Responsibilities:


  • Management support including assistance with employee onboarding and intake coordination, team calendar maintenance, distribution group and permissions maintenance.
  • Creates and maintains templates for forms, letters, and tracking spreadsheets.
  • Data entry and maintenance of online sites, databases, and filing.
  • Coordinates and executes meetings and/or special events including arranging catering, locations, and distribution of information.
  • Arranges travel, hotel, and car rental reservations.
  • Assists with mail distribution and courier responsibilities.
  • Organizes and orders office/business supplies and arranges for maintenance of shared office equipment.
  • Willing and able to work in and adapt to change.
  • Develops and maintains strong, customerfocused relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma.
  • 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Professional and serviceoriented approach internally and externally.
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Able to act with discretion when handling confidential and privileged information.
  • Basic skills of Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe, and OneNote.
  • Ability to work effectively under mínimal supervision.
