    Overview

    Job Title: Full Time Sales Associate

    Reports To: Store Manager

    Location: Polo Park, Winnipeg MB

    Salary: $16.00/hr + commission

    Requirements: 32-40hr/week availability

Our team at WOW mobile boutique is passionate about providing the best-in-class wireless retail experience, focusing on a personalized customer experience and offering solutions from Canada's top wireless carriers: TELUS, Rogers, Koodo, Fido and Chatr. Our range of carriers, devices and accessories enables us to provide unbiased solutions tailored to each customer. Our team makes an impact every day by offering quality advice to customers across Canada, making WOW mobile boutique Canada's premiere wireless retailer.

    What you will accomplish

    • Actively engage mall shoppers and follow each step of our sales process.
    • Consistently network, creating and maintaining a list of prospective clients using our CRM tool.
    • Generate hype and awareness within a mall environment by being an ambassador for WOW and the brands we represent.
    • Deliver on our brand promise by offering personalized, unbiased advice.
    • Consistently achieve all key business metrics.
    • Offer a best-in-class customer experience.
    • Participate in documented coaching conversations.
    • Responsible for inventory management, receiving, signing, and securing inventory.
    • Follow merchandising and daily store cleanliness standards.
    • Complete daily operations tasks, such as opening & closing the kiosk.
    • Complete all required training modules and tasks.
    • Stay current on promotions, products, services and policies.
    • Follow our policies and procedures and maintain a high level of integrity.
    • Manage cash, point of sale and inventory systems.
    • Available to work during mall hours (evenings and weekends) based on operational needs.
    • Manage multiple priorities with a demonstrated sense of urgency.
    • Ability to easily adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
