Cherry Downs Golf Club is Hiring
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls, take messages, and /or locate staff and Members as required.
- Assist with the coordination of special events.
- Control office supply inventory, order for club departments, and track expenditures.
- Responsible for processing invoice, coding and database management.
- Receive incoming mail, faxes, courier packages and deliveries and distribute to appropriate staff.
- Attend weekly club staff meetings, record and distribute minutes of the meeting.
- Maintain administrative petty cash, reconcile and submit requests for replenishment on an as needed basis.
- Deliver daily bank deposits to the bank.
- Process new Member packages, order bag tag plates as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous Experience in an administrative role would be an asset.
- Proven ability to produce clear, articulate oral and written communication.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
