Cherry Downs Golf Club is Hiring

Responsibilities:


  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls, take messages, and /or locate staff and Members as required.
  • Assist with the coordination of special events.
  • Control office supply inventory, order for club departments, and track expenditures.
  • Responsible for processing invoice, coding and database management.
  • Receive incoming mail, faxes, courier packages and deliveries and distribute to appropriate staff.
  • Attend weekly club staff meetings, record and distribute minutes of the meeting.
  • Maintain administrative petty cash, reconcile and submit requests for replenishment on an as needed basis.
  • Deliver daily bank deposits to the bank.
  • Process new Member packages, order bag tag plates as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • Previous Experience in an administrative role would be an asset.
  • Proven ability to produce clear, articulate oral and written communication.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
