Description
Looking for a highly motivated individual to join our local growing business. Must have strong customer service skills.Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under deadlines.
40 Hours per week
Start Date - Immediate
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as account payable and accounts receivable
- Create daily and monthly journal enters and accruals including exporting and uploading
- Solid understanding of accounting principles
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Data entry skills
- Handson experience in operating Sage Simply Accounting
- High customer service orientation and negotiation skills
- Entering sales and purchase orders as needed
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Will have to perform general office tasks
- Enter supplier invoices into the accounting software, review for accuracy against purchase orders and approvals and filing once processed
- Criminal Record Check required
