Product Specialist

XeMODeX Inc is a Mississauga-based, fast-growing automotive electronics remanufacturing company. We supply top quality components to our customers all around the world.


We are looking for a tech-savvy individual interested in learning our products/services to relay accurate information to our customers, providing options accordingly.


Responsibilities:


  • Constant learning and understanding of an increasing portfolio of products and services for electronic modules from a wide variety of automotive part manufacturers.
  • Discuss repair options with technicians and keep updated on the status of difficult repairs.
  • Followup with customers after a service has been performed to make sure everything is working as it should, and document accordingly.
  • Assist our sales department with processing orders.
  • Answer incoming calls regarding servicerelated inquiries.
  • Provide estimates as needed.
  • Maintain consistent contact with the customer for the duration of the repair of the customer's part by updating them on the status of their repair and contact for any additional work.
  • Invoice stock orders.
  • Process credit card payments online.
  • Process inbound shipping labels in UPS Worldship.

Requirements:


  • Ability to communicate technical information in a simple manner.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and pay attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy and respond to others.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Willing to learn more as a part of further personal development.
  • The ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base.
  • Computer skills: MS Office (intermediate), QuickBooks (asset).
The following are considered assets we'll take into consideration, but are not requirements:

  • Experience in the automotive industry.
  • Experience working with electronics.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Experience with international shipping.
This is a full-time job opportunity with potential for growth and career advancement.


Hours:
Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.


Salary:
Starts at $28.00/hr. plus full benefits after 3 months.
